Volunteer Guidelines
Thank you for volunteering with us! We welcome volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds and ages! Given below are some guidelines and codes of conduct we hold our volunteers to:
- Volunteers should have inspiration to serve the community.
- Come on time that is committed.
- Promote a respectful community.
- Treat all volunteers and community members with respect, courtesy and dignity.
- Avoid insensitive or offensive language.
- Follow all rules and policies set forth by the Temple or supervising volunteer.
- Youth volunteers - avoid phone usage while volunteering.
- Observe safe behavior and be aware of the safety of others.
Volunteering Opportunities
The Radha Krishna Temple of Bay Area is entirely run by volunteers. We are always looking for service oriented souls to help with the operation of the temple in order to best serve the community.
